why: He left in such a manner that breathes toxicity and bad sportsmanship, he tried to make the league unstable by kicking out all his members and then leaving the team himself, while at the same time using foul language directed to me, while i remained calm and tried to look for a solution.
Nobody was kicked from the team, we made an agreement to leave because we didn't like how you weren't following your own rules and changing rules throughout the season. We voted and that's what we decided
You talked to us in TS as if we were a customer in your IRL job with a bunch of "I understand how you feel" comments that didn't help any situation regarding Aftershock, just giving us the attitude of sucks to suck. Of course we were upset, but did not call you any racial slurs as you claim, rightfully so, because the rule set had been changed mid season. Like who changes rules mid season in any professional sport or eSport which can cost teams a game or two just because you didn't go through your own rules thoroughly before starting this league if you wanted it to be professional? Sounds like a league that wasn't taken seriously from the get go because you can't even double check your own rule set.
You didn't offer a solution, you basically said, "well, 5 minutes is up, and according to the new rule, which I didn't mention by the way was a thing, you forfeit because it says so in the rule set". Sounds unprofessional to me.
