Definitely not Diplex, the guy had literally no involvement in Karth's 63e other than disbanding and therefore opening up the name for Karth to use.

Mort has always been a presence, had some good runs training the Grds and has definitely put in a lot of work over the years  but I feel like he was never able to achieve anything very significant.

Pizza was a good longstanding Grd but there are a few people who fall into that category e.g. Spudgun, dunno what Fart's criteria is for this and whether these sorts of people fit into that.

JaysonH was a solid longstanding NCO, brilliant skirm leader and definitely quite a presence amongst the officers when he was active, should probs be considered tbh.

Also possibly consider Him, EU CplFoP

Zortron was a good cav leader for what he had to work with. TJ was the best 63e cav player. Even though he came from the PLG, he was in the 63e for about a year if not more?

There were a few 63e cav players that made a splash on the community, but now I can’t remember their names. Also Curtis is a cav player. He isn’t a melee player.
