Looking for someone good at photoshop/gimp/whatever

Hello! So I'll get right to it. I don't have photoshop, and the tool I use, paint.net, is not necessarily top quality for what I need done. I'm looking to upgrade some aspect of my thread where I do not have a strong-suit: text.

I need something in this style (as close as possible is preferable, unless you have something that works better):

Ranks, Roster, Recruitment (please have it say Joining instead), and Media. If you can't make it uncanny to the History one, I request you redo that one, too, just to make it uniform.

Also, I'd like to specifically request that it be in some sort of Yellow + Light Blue or perhaps Red theme (or a combination?), like the one already done is. Or just what would look best.

Thank you, and though I fully understand how work for free shouldn't be expected to be done quickly (because I've done a massive amount of work for free in image editing myself), I'd like it to be done within a week, because of the amount of time spent waiting already. But it's fine if it takes longer to get around to.

@Skills4Evil if you could do that but smaller and with a light blue glow like the one above has, that should be great. Are there any fonts you could use that have the letters closer together perhaps?
