I don't necessarily have a favourite and it's pretty hard to pick one,
but I guess I'd pick the Battle of Gettysburg purely based off of how extensive the battle ended up being.
It's just fascinating how many regiments were present at that battle and how large it was.

The Battle of Harrisonburg is also an interesting one, but that's because the Bucktails are pretty ebic.

When it comes to the European theatre;
The Battle of Burkel, which was the last cavalry charge performed in western Europe.
The Belgian 1st Guides Regiment launched an offensive against the German troops which were entrenched in the hamlet of Burkel.
The battle resulted in a Belgian victory.

The Irish Brigade

The Irish Brigade was an infantry brigade, consisting predominantly of Irish Americans, that served in the Union Army in the American Civil War. The designation of the first regiment in the brigade, the 69th New York Infantry, or the "Fighting 69th", continued in later wars. The Irish Brigade was known in part for its famous war cry, the "Faugh a Ballaugh", which is an anglicization of the Irish phrase, fág an bealach, meaning "clear the way" and used in varius Irish-majority military units founded due to the Irish diaspora. Of all Union army brigades, none suffered more combat dead than the Irish Brigade during America's Civil War.
