Competitive NA Events/Tournaments / Groupfighting League Idea

There should be a groupfighting league with a draft. No regiments or pre-made teams. Signups for captains and the limit could be like 10. Then the rest are player signups and there will be a draft date when the captains make their picks. There can be a schedule for the season, with trades allowed to be made by each captain. The trades would have to be approved by the commish of the league of course, to avoid team stacking. Stats could be kept too after each match and we can have a leaderboard for kills, KD, deaths, etc. This can be a way to get the community flowing again and if people pitched in for a prize pool it'd give everyone a goal to reach. We could even tie in some rating system based on the leaderboards to satisfy everyone's ego. Team sizes would need to be decided based on how many players would join. Any new player that wants into the league can be brought in as a free agent but due to maximum roster spots, of lets say 6 players if its a 5v5 league, the team captain would have to cut someone off their team to sign the free agent. This would then make the cut player a free agent, and you can see how this goes. If there are too many free agents at one time, expansion teams can be added to the league. This league format makes it more like professional sports minus the salary. This can go a long way into making NW an actual e-sport (which probably won't ever happen but could you imagine if we actually made money playing this shit?). If we carry this over into Bannerlord NW we can become elite and all the scrubs will look up to us. This will probably never happen, but if it does, Fartknocker is the savior of NW and you will kiss my feet when I enter servers.
Haven't thought of a name yet but I have a couple examples:
Major League Groupfighting
International Groupfighting League
Have initial sign-ups with a start and end date
After initial sign-ups, players who sign-up will become free agents
After player sign-ups hold a Captain sign-up(after play sign-ups so we know how many Captains are needed)
5v5 with 1 or 2 subs(limit at 2 maybe)
Matches round robin style(every team plays each other once or twice)
Have trade periods every so often(every 3 weeks or so) If we want to keep seasons short have a designated day for trading
If there are 10 teams have the top 4 more to playoffs
Series could be incorporated into playoffs(Best of 3) then remaining 2 teams play another best of 3 series
Set up a Paypal for donations for prize pool
Collect Kills and Deaths stats throughout the season and give out Staff chosen awards(MVP and such) maybe money prize too
If the seasons are kept short and player number grows, new teams can be added
Also instead of Captains we could have Managers who don’t play but have to buy-in, Or have both and the Captains could just lead during the matches
Once Staff members are chosen have a vote to decide Commissioner, Re-vote every season
