Rifles for all factions, currently there are 5 factions and only 2 of them got rifles

Some of the nations did not have special rifle units. I believe in France only NCO's in Guard Tirailleur (Or in Chasseur?) battalions had rifles. Also, wut? Austria has jägers (and Grenzers) with rifles, Prussia and Russia too. UK has it's 95th Rifles. The only in-game faction that does not have any unit with 'Rifle' is France, because, as I said earlier, they did not have any units armed with 100% rifles, well, other nations too. Prussian, and Russian jägers weren't pure rifle units, i.e. in Prussian schützen and jäger battalions only the best marksmans had rifles.

Well, the credits should go to the Tom Clegg, director of the Sharpe's Waterloo 1997 film. I have seen this unit in one of the scenes, their uniforms intrigued me, so i wanted this unit in my game.
