The 25th Regiment of Foot are happy to announce that our Friday Linebattle is running! We aim to host a well-organised, enjoyable and balanced game with a variety of Regiments from all sides of the EU Community. The Linebattle will be hosted weekly on Fridays at 19:00 GMT, on our stable 200 slot ingame server. We aim to have around 140-160 players at the event in order to achieve a large scale event, but without the possible lag issues of a full server. Thread signups are required to attend the Linebattle, and event details will be given via Steam to Regiment leaders at 18:30 GMT, half an hour prior to the event. We want an organised and balanced experience for everyone involved and therefore if your Regiment cannot make it or will not be bringing the numbers it's signed up for, please let us know as soon as possible. This prevents an unbalanced game and lots of time spent trying to deal with this. After you attended 3 times, you can choose to become a regular member of the event. Line Infantry -Minimum 15, Maximum 35 -If your line is less than 4, you must join another; -You may not crouch during combat; -You may not fire out of formation or in a charge. Artillery -Minimum 4, Maximum 10 -Two cannons per team -One cannon to be assigned to each artillery regiment, unless there is only one artillery regiment on the team -May have up to 8 artillery guards -Artillery guards may be treated as skirmishers, but must play as light or line infantry -1 sapper per cannon Cavalry -Minimum 10, Maximum 16 -Stay in formation unless charging -Must be in line to shoot -When below 3 men, you must dismount and join a line Contacts : No intentional teamhitting/teamkilling No ramboing No Chat spam No abusive/rude behaviour No ignoring/disobeying admins If you are interested in taking part, please fill out the application form.
