The Mess Hall / Re: "Love" is bullshit and let me tell you why

Pretty gay, all these NA’s acting as if they know what love is. There are like 2 arguments for why this is wrong.
Btw define what love is

They have degrees in 'chad philosophy' wdym. I don't think scientific evidence can be used to discuss a word such as 'love', it's completely relative to the person, i'd say it's important not to get confused with the concept of 'love' with other things such as infatuation or sexual feelings, neither of with constitute love.

Spoiler
You know what I think although there are some things wrong with season 8 it's overall been decent. I think there should've been a few more episodes (everything does seem a little rushed) however Dany going ape shit made complete sense. The death of Jaime and Cersei is poetic justice as it's a reference to how Tywin literally buried the Reynes in Castamere, and now it's the Lannisters who are buried under the Red Keep, and the whole point of this episode is to make the viewer question everything they've watched so far. The North is continuously hailed as heroes, fighting for a true cause to rid the 7K from tyranny, yet during the siege, northernmen are raping and killing innocents, showing what war is really like and how what you perceive isn't all true, there are no 'good' guys in war. I think Jaime's character development was actually alright, people were expecting him to redeem himself and do all these things etc, but Jaime succumbed to his weakness, his love for Cersei which was something he could never rid himself of, no matter how hard he tried and was too deep for him to just ignore and this is demonstrated when he goes back for Cersei. Idk I think it was a somewhat realistic reflection of how us humans are flawed, none of that heroic bs. GoT was never the typical 'heroes win in the end' type series, it's (not in all cases) realistic and brutal and demonstrates the unpredictability of the show, it leads you to believe something will happen when in reality it's the opposite. I think people are just angry because the story didn't go their way, which was unrealistic anyway.

Nonetheless, I think my main criticisms would be:
Too short (feels a tad rushed)
Although I like the unpredictability aspect, I feel like D&D sort of do it just to throw the viewers off because they don't want to follow the books as it would be too predictable

Tottenham's ugly opportunistic football wins the day against a nervous chaotic Ajax, shame

Hopefully Liverpool wins the Champions League, for football's sake.

Don't get me wrong I like Tottenham for having many former Ajax players, but they play disgusting football and two of three goals they scored today made me vomit

pep is that you?

Well I certainly prefer Pep's approach when it comes to football. The Cruijff/Michels style of play is actually fun to watch

Well, pep's approach is also about having the ball even when you have to defend a result. Ajax is a fast offense team, more similar to liverpool than to barça.  About "spurs disgusting football", what did u want them to do? They dont have that many skilled players, and their best one was injured. The only way to overcome a 3-0 was by counterattacks and crosses to Llorente.

I am not blaming them for using specific tactics. Who am I to judge, no? The thing is that I just find it boring to watch and it's a shame that clubs like that manage to get so far, because their playstyle literally depends on luck and today luck was clearly on their side

1st goal: Lovely counter attack.
2nd goal: That was more Ajax's fault than Spurs luck, Llorente should've put it in the back of the next anyway. And Mourra had beautiful footwork to keep the ball.
3rd goal: When there is literally seconds of the clock do you expect a team to be doing fucking tiki-taka football you gimp. Of course not, you're gonna boot that ball into the box and pray for the best.

The point is, Ajax played well, but Spurs played with their heart and dug deep to win that match. That match was one of the best matches in the CL and you wanna call it boring, you're just salty cause you lost lol.

I agree that the first goal was a good counter attack but if you really think the second and third were due to Tottenham playing well then you're delusional.

ANyway, enjoy getting raped by Liverpool

I mean you have to play to your advantages. Llorente was pivotal in that second half cause he couldn't be pinned down by any defender which sent Ajax's defence into a bit of a panic.

Find it funny how Ajax players were smiling at half time thinking the match was over, just showed how inexperienced and young that team really is.
