I understand your point, the thing is that we want to have as many regiment ttake part as possible

If a new formed regiment sign-up, stacked with legends, they will get denied, but the tournament will take place in something like one month, so we will take a closer look at every new formed regiment and decide then how to deal with them.
I feel like every regiment should be allowed. Just as DarkTemplar said, only regiments that just got a stacked up roster just for this RGT’s sake should be denied imo.

Idk what the issue is honestly, if people have to go to work the next day on Monday then there's a reason why we have subs, players who have to go can play as much of the tournament they reasonably can before coming off for a sub. Or just skip work for a chance to play with the boys and win RMT and become an NW Legend - ik which choice I'd take, even if I was a doctor.

But yes the reason why RGT evolved to be one day only as opposed to two was because people play differently on different day and sometimes the same rosters cannot show up on two days so it changes the dynamic of the tournament entirely as well as the outcome.

update: we will make poll for a new dateWhat is wrong about organizing two tournaments on the same day ? I mean yes that would be sad for Smylie but if you organize that tournament he'll automatically have to postpone his tournament, or play it with 20 people, and that's not your fault. When you chose the date, you already knew that Smylie was hosting a tournament on that day, but you chose it, because the majority of the community wanted the tournament on that date (20/39 on the Thread poll). Now it looks like you regreat the choice of following the community and choosing that date, because "It's unfair for Smylie", but man there is no regreat existing in this case.
Of course it is an option to overrule smiley's tourney but it would be simply unfair, cause he claimed the date some weeks ago. Sadly enough he don't want to move it.

The tournament will start at 6 BST (7 CET) on the 3.5
As I already stated we wanted to make most people happy
Smiley told us he will move his tourney back to 8:30, so we got enough time to finish group stages. If the knock-outs are shifting into his tournament we are really sorry, but we felt that most people want to do the RMT with 20 signed up regs. if you have player which really looked forward to his toruney, feel free to swap your sub in and let them go and play. This is why we changed the available subs to 6 subs possible. We know not everyone is happy about that. But we hope as many people as possible :D

After we had a talk with some RMT captains, we decided to ban Obelix from this tournament.
We got a rule which says a member has to be fully devoted to a regiment to play for them.
We know in these days it's very common regiments got double-regger. It's something we can't forbid, especially at the current state of the game and the overall accpetance in the community of it.
But what we can, is trying to enforce the rule using our brain. So we decided by now, when a member got signed up at a regiment for the RMT, he is a devoted member there and nowhere else Example: I'm double regging for 2Lr and 15th. I signed up at 2Lr I'm a devoted member to the 2lr and have to deal with eventual consequences in the 15th. Everyone is happy
Noone happy: signing up with one regiment, backpaddeling and signing up with another regiment, as this means you are not devoted at all to any regiment.
Obelix signed not up yet, but he got deleted from the 2e Roster and is in 10th and 96y too, so we simply want to avoid any issues before they happen.
We're sorry for the 96y, as we don't hink it's their mistake, but we can't allow a player to ignore rules in this tournament

It doesn’t seem fair to ban obelix and not others who also double reg. As others have pointed out before, a personal hatred of obelix by either the captains or admins doesn’t constitute a ban from a tournament.
I mean the fact that one player who thought I was still in a certain reg (without baiting anyone out) asked me if I could get him into this regiment for RGT and now he is playing in the tournament even tho he joined a max of 2 weeks ago. However, obelix has been devoted or just as devoted as the rest of this community is to their regs. Not to mention that I have seen 3-4 minimum on rosters who aren’t devoted and joined in the last month.

However, obelix has been devoted or just as devoted as the rest of this community is to their regs. Not to mention that I have seen 3-4 minimum on rosters who aren’t devoted and joined in the last days.

Add a rule regarding the longivity of participating regs to avoid temp shit created that wont outlast this current pair of underware. It does not have to be long at all by NW standards, three months is probs well enough to get rid of the temp shit and melee clans of kids with busted internet egos created solely for this tournament.all regiments in this time have been around for long enough, as far as im aware. theres no KKA bullshit this time

This rule has been on the FSE thread since it was created. When signing up your team to the tournament rules should be read. Regarding what constititues joining a regiment, whether that be either joining a regimental platform (Steam chat /steam group / fse roster), playing their first event or both - Padawan didnt do either before the 20th April. If he did do one of these things then he'd be in the clear. But im sorry rules are rules :)[close]

Look I want Padawan to play but at the same time rules are rules and unless any new information comes out about padawan and the 18th, Ill still want to enforce these rules.

e.g 92nd's & 2Lr's roster. Even tho people have joined in time, the fully devoted part still plays a role. Tbh the only roster i can give credits to is the 15th. If you remove people from just the 18th atm than you should take a look at your own rostersAll of the 92nd players who are in the current line up play 2-4 events a week and are not in any other competitive company (for what i'm aware ofc).

So guys lets be honest and clean up this mess. The Steam chat between you and Golden says nothing clear about you joining the regiment. So Dark and Wursti work with the stuff they got which is the date Padawan joined the 18th steam group which got btw confirmed in screenshots. And unfortunate this particular day was the 21.04. which is in the 2 week "looktime" described in the rules. So in the end Padawan is not allowed. I totally understand why you are not happy about this Ryan but at some point it is time to stop. Face the facst and appologize to the organizers and we all can have a great tournament at sunday :)

We know not everyhting went perfectly fine during the pre-tournament. We clearly learnt from it, as this was quite a big format to start with.
I hope everyone enjoiyed it at least during the tournament.

Well played to everyone! This tournament was well organized and the matches were tense. Again gg to 15th who shows that they are still the best in the hot moments.
Padawan and Ryan you surely need to stop crying. The Stuff made a decision, if its wrong or right doesnt matter now ( I btw personally didnt like the decision). As far as I as a spectator can say it was a great tournament and you guys made a good 3rd place. Now blaming the 92nd leads to nothing. You guys can keep crying but the 92nd only played with members who are "fully dedicated" to the Regiment. So get over it and look forward to the RGL as we all do. If you practice you may do better there.??????????????

The fact that you are trying to explain yourself by attacking others regiments is useless and will not change the final ranking of the tournament. Trying to find words and argue on FSE just shows everyone your lack of self control.
