I have been to Sweden once with school and it was fun. The language and place intrigued me so yes, I started learning.
Jag har varit i Sverige med skolan. Språk och land förbryllad mig. Så ja, jag började lära.
Is this correct? :)
-
Du använder bara google translate.
-
Slösa inte bort din tid med detta värdelösa språket ;)
-
If you asked me that I used Google translate. Nope. I can typ these symbols with my keyboard by simply changing my keyboard inputs to Swedish.
And Why is it useless? :o
-
Danska är mycket bättre det kan jag lova dig.

Språket och landet förbryllade mig så jag började lära mig Svenska.*

Although Förbryllad is probably not a very good word to use tbh.
Also it shouldn't be a big S on svenska my fault. KEK.
-
Yeah, when you mentioned it I tried to see what it means again. Better not placed it into that sentence indeed.
-
Du skal lære dansk ;)
-
But i like Swedish more. How come not that many people like it? :-\

Swedes, give me motivation to learn Swedish. As a Finn, we are required to learn Swedish at school (even though we fucking despise it). My Swedish numbers have never been quite good at all, due to lack of interest. I'm having an exam soon, so tell me something to make me actually try to learn this stuff.

you're gonna have to move here when the russians invade you

You're getting professional help to learn a language for free, fucking do it you ungrateful bastard.
Proficiency/fluency in multiple languages is always good to have in your CV, and it also makes it easier if you decide to become an exchange student.

If you learn it properly, both speaking and understanding the other Scandinavian languages should become a lot easier in the future for you as well. And like Shortshorts said, it will make it easier for you to both live and work abroad in general - or even learn other new languages.

is it better to start learning Danish now or later, when I live there (if I really manage to live there XD)

Definitely and absolutely now. Why do you want to move to Denmark, by the way?
