I'm mostly going to be involved in keeping the forum a nice place. I don't mind off-topicness, 'inside jokes' or a bit of spam and I'll let the others handle that. So naturally, I'll be just as active in the political threads as I used to be and anyone who posts there shouldn't be more 'afraid' of me then of any other admin. Everybody has the full right to disagree with me in the gravest of terms, you won't get a warn from me for something you wouldn't get a warn for by any other mod.

You'll also be calling me 'Your Most Excellent Dutchness, Duuring the Great and Mighty". Disregard for that rule leads to automatic ban with no chance of parole.

Let me bust your bubble and tell you there is no 'fair' way of appointing admins. Everybody applies, is accepted or not and gets a probation time. It's exactly the same with me, and I don't see how me being apppointed admin by Vince is unfair compare to people being appointed by Blob.

It's not like I can do what I want and Vince will keep protecting me.
