To give a serious answer (@ our CR Glenn) the NW NA scene has declined quite a lot but there are still some regiments that do events- Namely the Sunday Linebattle at 8pm est. Remaining NA regiments that still play NW are the 61e under Macbeth, the 65y, the Nr9, the Reg du Roi and some others- I can get you in touch with their leaders if you want.
However, much of the community now plays the new civil war themed FSE release, Battle Cry of Freedom (And its modded Napoleonic Wars variant, Age of Napoleon) so you'll on the whole find large linebattles there. I can also set you up with some BCOF (and AoN) regiments if you'd like.
