The make this in the most fairness way would be again a poll system , where we can vote for team captains , what community decides would be the best. But then people would simply call their buds to vote for them so that is a problem . But for 2nd co-captain of UK , it can be asked to the people who applied for it whom they would like to see more Evan or Ancient .
