Warband Pro Circuit / WPC Play Offs

WPC Playoffs is another section of the League. It aims to allow teams to play for different prize pools other then first place in the league. These playoffs have a different prize pool and is up for grabs by the top 4 teams in the league by round 10. The prize pool is a minimum of $200 for the winning team. The play offs will be single elimination, Round 1 will be played from round 10-12, giving teams plenty of time to do their play off matches. Semi finals will be from round 12-14 and the finals will be after round 15.

This WPC thread will be used to list the progress of each team in their Overall Performance. Also when the free agent and trade system will be finished, this thread will be the center piece for that relevant information

VetroG has been found guilty of cheating and or altering his game to gain an advantage.As he publicly declared him self so. Following this act he apologized and for the next 10 moths he continued to change his image in a legit manner, and therefore has not been found to cheat again and will be given the second chance to prove himself in a new league. There will be heavy surveillance of said player to make sure there is not a repeat offense.

Matts case been ruled as inconclusive evidence to support his removal from WPC, There was equal evidence of matt playing against players of high regard and winning over them in legit play; therefore matt has the ability to show his capabilities in WPC and will be under heavy surveillance to spot any signs of foul play.

These players have been cleared to play but can run the risk of cheating, and therefore their will be heavy penalties if found cheating. Consequences for their team can include match rounds, match wins and prize money being withheld. It is up to the team ultimately if they wish for these players to be a part of their team

Trading System

Trading players

WPC Allows for players to be traded, sold, and bought from other organizations. These are the rules and or guidelines as to how that can happen. Each trading
period will take 1 week and happen at the beginning of every month

1. If a team is owned by an organization or an independent party then they have full power to add,remove, and reject players to their team.

2. Players can leave a team at any point in time, but the result would be that said player to be added to the free agent pool and cant play for another team till the next transfer window and no compensation of funds will be added to the team.

3. Players who are to be traded are to be bought at the minimal price that is specified on their player cards or what their previous transfer price was set at.

4. A player who wants to leave a team and move on to another organization may put up a transfer request before or during a transfer window,

5. A player can only transfer one time during a trading period.

6. Teams not owned by an organization or who don't have a specified manager can add,remove,reject players by either voting among themselves or having their own system for managing their own team as a collective.

6.5 Teams not owned by an organization but have put one team member in charge of managing their trades can also have the same rights as organization owners. For this to happen a team has to contact the WPC Event Manager to say that they agree for that individual to control their organizations interest.

7. Any Transfers will only be complete when the funds are transferred from one team to another.

8. A player that has requested to be transferred to another team has to first receive payment to the original owners of the player requesting to leave before the trade is complete

Player Transfer Request Guidelines

1. A player that wishes to leave a team can do so if they are not withheld by any contracts
2. Players can put up a transfer request before or during the trading window
3. Any players who are in talks of transferring from one team to another and don't confirm their official move with their previous and new organization or team with the WPC Event Manager wont
be able to play for the team who is seeking to buy the player.
4. All trades must be final by 9pm EST on the 11th of day of when the trading window opens, if that is failed to do, then any transfers will be revoked.
5. If you leave a team with out a team leave request, or a transfer request then you will be moved to the free agent pool and wont be able to play until the next trading window opens.

Organizations Guidelines

Companies who have interest in spreading their brand or interest with a team in WPC can do so by purchasing a team. As organizations there are restrictions applied to ensure we have an equal and fair playing field.

1. Organizations can add funds to their transfer budget with a ratio of 0.75 to 1 dollar. Meaning 1 dollar will equal 750 000.
2. Organizations have to follow all transfer and trades rules
3. Organizations may only add funds at a max of 150 million per trading window.

Statement Of Current Events 09/19/18

Hello to whom it may concern, I am releasing an official statement as to how the league has progressed and its issues. Since the beginning of the launch of the league it has been in turbulent waters, the community has clearly expressed that l am not fit to run the league. So i will address the league issues from the community. One of the major problems in the beginning was the draft system and how poorly it was executed, there was ripple effects as to how teams were formed and some teams failed to secure a solid roster to compete against other teams. Another problem that quickly developed was the the lack of regulation and volatility of the trading system, which some players hid behind and others abused. Nothing was done to fix these trading issues as it was concluded that they would be changed next season. After the first trading season there was a massive problem with teams constantly canceling and not being able to schedule matches, If I am correct there was only one match played in month 2. The community approached me and asked to be more strict on these rules and therefore the deadline rule was added to make sure we move on in a weekly fashion and reinforce rule 9 for teams that didn't show up to their matches when scheduled. This immediately had an effect on 2 teams as they had to forfeit for not being able to have enough players. Aftershock was an example of this rule being implemented, they had enough players about 30 minutes to 1 hour beforehand their scheduled match and when it came down to the time, 3 of their players suddenly could no longer attend. Aftershock was forced to forfeit and this caused their members to leave the league. One thing that sticks out is that if I gave the ability for teams to cancel on another team without any consequences then the team that showed up with people and moved events in real life to make it to the match are now being punished by not having a match and forced into a match that they cant make. Therefore rule 9 states that if you don't show up for a match on scheduled time (5 minutes mercy time) you will forfeit the match. The situation with Masters and Atomic is based on one team wanting to re schedule the match with out the other team agreeing and miscommunication or interpretation of what was said.
To address claims of myself being biased towards my team is hurtful towards my integrity, but i can see why the situation would look like it is and the community has no base of my integrity as most of you don't know how I operate in real life or with close friends. To me it seems like the community knows best as every decision I have taken has seemed to favor one team and not others, the community would like an environment where no one has an advantage and every team is equal, Therefore i will be forming a committee of 6 individuals from the league that will be making decisions as to adding,removing rules and modifying rules. They will also deal with events such as the one presented by Atomic and Masters, how ever they vote as a majority, the result will be respected. I will now be focusing on the production of the entertainment value of the league and bigger decisions. But 90% of the decisions are now in your hands NW community. The first task will be "the Masters and Atomic situation". The committee will take about 2-3 to form and will be one person from each team. The first decision as a community is if you would like for those to be random or each team can elect their committee member. ill give the poll 2 days to collect votes. Thank you for your time and i wish all of you the best in playing some good warband. If the committee can no longer handle the issues brought up by the community then the league will be canceled, nothing lost nothing gained.

Matches will now be played on a weekly basis, The deadline will be posted as the title of this thread, any teams that fail to schedule matches by the deadline will be given a set date to have their match. if one teams fails to show with 4 or more players then they will forfeit. If both teams fail to show then it will be a forfeit for both teams

Match Rules

1. All players must match their GUID IDS which they provided when they signed up
2. The league matches will be musket melee only
3. The Referee will start every round 10 seconds after everyone spawns in from the previous round.
4. No spawn delaying
5. No KD resetting
6. If a player is AFK, the team can call a time out before the 10 second round start but keep in mind that each team only gets one time out per game of 1 minute and 30 seconds
7. If a player is AFK and the team has no timeouts left then they can choose to call a substitute before the 10 second round start timer finishes and sub the AFK player out.
7.1 Each team is allowed Two substitutes per game.
7.2 If a team has an AFK player and no time outs or subs left to activate then the team must keep playing with their AFK player
7.3 Any time outs and substitutions called out after the 10 second round start timer will take next round
8. All players will respect WPC Organizers, Staff and other Players
9. If your team can not manage to bring 5 members to a match then you may play with 4 but not any less then 4. A team with less then 4 players will be forced to forfeit if they can not field a 4th for 5th player 5 minutes after the scheduled match start time.
10. Players can only play for the team they belong to
10.1 Any player found playing for a team of which they do not belong to, then they will immediately be removed from WPC
11. Players can only use the "Line Infantry" units
12. No time wasting
13. There has been some confusion as to rule 9 in terms of what happens if you don't show up to your scheduled match time. If you schedule a match and don't show up like it says in rule 9 you will have to forfeit. If you cancel a match on a time that you decided to officially schedule then you will also forfeit. If the other team agrees to re schedule then you have til the deadline to do so.

Match Format

1. Matches will be a best out of 30
2. At beginning of every match there will be a duel a round at the beginning and another at halftime
3. Each team will select one person to duel each other, the winner of said duel can decide to play 2 more round of duels or continue to the group fight
3.1 After 15 rounds are played, there will be a half time period and when the contest starts again, there will be another duel following the same format
3.2 In summary there could be up to 6 rounds of total duels and each duel win counts as a round win
4. Overtime for games tied will only be available during play offs and the final knock out stages of the league
4.1 Overtime rounds will be in increments of 6 rounds and be best out of 6

Match Rewards

1. Winning a match will reward the team 3 points and adding 8 million to their team budget
2. A tie will give each team 1 point and 1 million budget added to each team
3. A loss will result in 0 points and no budget added to the team.

Match Rewards for viewers

Each Match will have a poll on the forums as to see who is going to win. There will also be a poll on the stream and when you vote for one side and they win, you will be entered into a raffle to win steam games, cash prizes and G2A points. But the big rewards for viewers are in the upcoming thread " WPC Fantasy League" where viewers will be able to win up to $100.

1. IF you are going to be missing for a long period of time you must fill out a leave form specifying how long that period is, failing to fill out this form can turn into you being eliminated from the WPC roster to make space for another player.
2. IF you are caught cheating at any point in the WPC league you will be banned for life.
3. IF you are found to be doing any match fixing, the players involved will be terminated from WPC
4. IF you are found to be playing for more then one team, you will be terminated from WPC
5. If you are found to be playing individuals who are not on your roster, your team may be terminated from WPC
6. If you are found to be posting any racial slurs, extreme toxic behaviour, bullying another player, sharing private information about another player or harrasing others there will be dire consequences. This applies for the WPC teamspeak, WPC Threads, WPC Twitch channel, and WPC Website.

to where they have room to improve.

Any racial comments on any WPC thread will not be tolerated, If done by a player of WPC there will be severe consequences.

Hello everyone my name is Jorge and I bring you "Warband Pro Circuit".
This league will recognize the best players in the game and allow them to play in a professional environment.
30 players from Napoleonic Wars will be chosen to fight in the arena of champions. 10-15 players will be invited personally and the other half will be chosen by proving themselves in
pug style tryouts(see the application below). These payers will be divided into 6 teams of 5 by a draft by the respective team captains. The team names and along with their logos will
already be provided(see team logos below). Each team Captain gets an equal budget to draft the chosen players who will have a value attached to them, which brings me to how the
viewers can participate: the viewers will be illegible to win cash prizes for building fantasy teams following the leagues process( different thread just for this will go up soon). The league
will keep track of all the players stats and post them on custom tables along with their own player cards. All matches will be streamed and casted (https://www.twitch.tv/jorgesi101).
I would like to thank Matt for providing a big amount of the prize money and will continue to help run the league. Also a Huge thank you to the 71st for helping me record the trailer,

Phase 1

Anyone who will be attending the public tryouts please make sure that you sign up with your ID. The Process of public tryouts will take 1 week and half(ends May 23rd)
The invited players will be revealed on this thread every couple of days until may 23rd. After we have our full 30 man invite, the team captains will be chosen by random pick. but after the teams are drafted the team can change their captain withing their 5 players if they choose to do so. 2 Subs will be available for each team which are drafted by the team captain and they are to submit this information to one of the head organizers, the Captains can invite any of the 12 subs invited. At this point all the custom player cards and values will be available for the draft. which will be live streamed at a date to be determined.

This tournament is based on a 10 vs 10 groupfight, 5 players will be invited and the other 5 slots will remain as open slots.

Hello my name is Jorge of the 8th Kings Regiment Of foot. I am here to explain a new to type of league that I would like to incorporate into Napoleonic wars. The NANWL was a great hit when it first came to light because of its level of organization and competition. Mount and blade is one of the most addicting games I have played and because of this I have spent 5 years leading the 8th and over 3000hrs playing the game. When an individual reaches the best that you can be in this game, there is not much to gain from it. I guess the respect of some people from the community or regiment’s is fine but other than that you’re left with boredom and eventually move on to other games and in which case the community grows smaller.

So I bring to you the TNWL(Twitch Napoleonic Wars League) where every regiment of any skill level is welcome to enter to win cash prizes, team speak servers, In game servers and of course Champion ship titles. Most matches will be casted on twitch as other pro matches have been done so for years and if we put so much time into this game then might as well try to build an audience for the game or win yourself some money or free servers for your regiment and bring more people into the community.

There will be two Leagues, a pro league where the best of the best regiment’s battle each other for any of the prices mentioned earlier and a semi pro league for the other regiments to have the same chance to win the same amount of prices. These tournaments will be held as soon as prices can be secured.

Some of the groups are still being shuffled so they are not final. All Matches that are posted of a group have to be set up by the two leaders of the regiments and if a server can not be found then the TNWL will provide one. Results of matches will posted on the thread by the referees of the match. When the league starts all 22 regiments will be in an open league where their objectives is to get as many points as possible, when all the groups are done with their 1 v 1s we will look at everyone's points and the top 16 regiments will be moved into the group stages. The top 16 then are divided into the top 8 regiments which become the pro league and the bottom 8 going semi pro. Both brackets are played out and the winner of the pro league gets a cash prize and pronounced NA Champion, The semi pro league will also be played out and the winner of the semi pro will receive a cash price as well and be pronounced semi pro champions and the season ends. When the next season starts all the regiments will be put back into the league and we could have different group of 16 at the end of the next season.

As of right now 32 regiments have signed up for this event making this is by far the largest gathering of NA regiments for one event in the history of NW. That being said we are going into uncharted waters and there will be a few glitches here and there. I even believe some of the regiments may be unhappy but realize guys unlike other leagues, this offers regiments the chance to win and I mean all regiments have a chance in this league. For the community to grow we have to come together some of you hate one another, some of you get along, some are here because they want to prove themselves, others are here for the riches and fame whatever your reasons be know that Gluk, and myself will do everything we can to try to make this fair. So I want to say congrats everyone on finally coming together.

9. You can only spend 2 minutes on a hill (the very big hills) to stop regiments from calling hill camping tactics.
10. Double regging and reg hopping are not allowed without proper authorization from the TNWL moderators. The authorization can be obtain from either applying through FSE or if your regiment disbands

-Subrules #1. A player from a eliminated regiment can not join a regiment that is still in the tournament.
#2. A player who is part of a regiment that is currently in an active group stage or a player who wants to join a regiment in an active group stage(their group is playing this week) can not join any other regiment or apply to do so.
#3. All players are locked to their regiments once the qualifiying matches,Semi-finals, and Finals start.
#4. Moderators can deny any applications that they see fit and can only be overturned by the head organizer.
#5. All denied applications can be re-applied every 2 weeks.(updated may 25th,2015.)

12. If you shoot an officer there may be a reset on the round depending on situation and the final decision is made by the referee.
Sub rules
-1. If the officer some how ends up in the mix of his line and dies, there will not be a reset or a slay.
-2. If your line is perpendicular to another line and the officer is covering lets say a clump and gets shot it will be a slay but not a reset.

13. If you harbor any members that are banned from the TNWL, your regiment Will be removed from the league completely. Here is the list ( To be filled ) the list could change upon discussions with me.
14. Max of 2 officers
15. No instruments or flags.
16. Both leaders agree on a map
17. Servers can either be arranged by the regiments facing each other or we can provide one for you.
18. If matches are not played in the time stated then both regiments will be granted no points. If one regiment refuses to play a match before the expiring date then it counts as a forfeit for them.
19. Mercs are not allowed
20. All results are to be posted on the thread if your match was not casted.
If you guys want to suggest any extra rules make sure to write a response.

5. Regiments who vs each other can only outnumber each other by one.
6. OA On ( if you shoot an officer when they are not In a charge you will be slayed)
7. Officers can shoot their pistols in the melee only once
8. When a member of your regiment is engaged in melee then your line can no longer shoot.
9. You can only spend 5 minutes on a hill (the very big hills) to stop regiments from calling hill camping tactics.
10. Double regging and reg hopping are not allowed without proper authorization from the TNWL moderators. The authorization can be obtain from either applying through FSE or if your regiment disbands

-Subrules #1. A player from a eliminated regiment can not join a regiment that is still in the tournament.
#2. A player who is part of a regiment that is currently in an active group stage or a player who wants to join a regiment in an active group stage(their group is playing this week) can not join any other regiment or apply to do so.
#3. All players are locked to their regiments once the qualifiying matches,Semi-finals, and Finals start.
#4. Moderators can deny any applications that they see fit and can only be overturned by the head organizer.
#5. All denied applications can be re-applied every 2 weeks.(updated may 25th,2015.)

12. If you shoot an officer there may be a reset on the round depending on situation and the final decision is made by the referee
13. If you harbor any members that are banned from the TNWL, your regiment Will be removed from the league completely. Here is the list ( Ody, Platypus/PolarBear,) the list could change upon discussions with me.
14. Max of 2 officers
15. No instruments or flags.
16. Both leaders agree on a map
17. A regiment can bring the minimum of 10 and if they fail to then they have to play out the match as if they had 10 players, or forfeit the match.
18. Servers can either be arranged by the regiments facing each other or we can provide one for you.
19. If matches are not played in the time stated then both regiments will be granted no points. If one regiment refuses to play a match before the expiring date then it counts as a forfeit for them.
20. Mercs are not allowed
21. All results are to be posted on the thread if your match was not casted.
If you guys want to suggest any extra rules make sure to write a response.

22. Line infantry only
23. If you are leading the line but not an officer class then slays or OA resets will not be given.

Hello Gentlemen,

I Have Recently Started an NW Company that will focus on making Napoleonic Wars more Popular and more relatable.

The Videos would be Monday NW news Videos that would come from all the Regimental Leaders or people from the community. Wednesday would be a Machinima series video and Friday Would be Game Give Aways and Contest for the Subscribers and Viewers.

The Idea Would be that this would be a place where people can send messages and connect Trough Youtube and watch Cool Skits about NW.
