And they cant leave immediately after they played an NWL match, right?

That rule is specifically in place for people who join the Regiment and actually intend to stay there.

If a regiment disbands than they still have to sit out for 3 matches. If a regiment merges they still have to sit out for 3 matches.

I've always wanted to become a referee for NWL but never found myself applying. I think it would be a fun and enlightening experience and better introduce me into the NA competitive scene.Why do you think you would be a good referee? I have participated in every season of NANWL so far and know the rules quite well. I have spectated many NWL matches as well and I believe I could handle being a NANWL ref. I also think my experience admining groupfighting will help me make quick decisions under pressure. Admin Experience: I helped admin an event a long while back and have helped ref many non-NWL 1v1s. I was an NANWGL ref. I am currently a Moderator of NA Groupfighting and an admin on NA Duels.Did you read all the rules thoroughly? Yes.Will you admin fairly and unbiased?
