Let me explain guys cause I know some of you cough cough squirts question why accept refs with experience.  The moderators and I feel that we can teach some of these new bloods on how to ref the NANWL matches.  Thus increasing the amount of refs.  If the new bloods for some reason don't meet the expectations that we set before them than they will be removed as refs.

But they could ruin whatever match they play. I think what should be done is what I did with Glenn whenever he was newbie (i think it was glenn) have them co-ref. Like idk just pretty much observe and if they want to do something to confirm with vet ref first
