Error: Unable to connect to server

Hello everyone! I just got Napoleonic Wars and whenever I try to go online, it says Error: Unable to connect to server. Please help if you know how to fix this! I have tried the Use_secure_server=0 thing and that didn't work. I am currently re-installing the game and I have already restarted my PC and internet and that did nothing. If you know how to fix, please let me know.

Have you tried official servers ? Does it do the same thing ? Or is it just on some servers ?

No I haven't been able to get on any servers because when I click "Join a Game" The second I get to the server list it says Error: Unable to connect to server

**UPDATE** Re-Installing didn't work and my CD keys match up. Still looking for solutions! Please help!
