North American Monthly Duel ELO Ladder - $10 prize for first person to get GOLD

This is a First to 7 duel ladder. Simply duel anyone you want on a duel server, first to 7 and submit it here. You can duel anyone thats on the ladder, however you may only duel 1 person that is not on the ladder to prevent abuse.
Example:

Player 1 beats Player 2
Player 1 has 1200 ELO
Player 2 has 1200 ELO

Player 1 will gain 20ELO
Player 2 Will lose 20 ELO

If player 1 had 1300 ELO he would gain less than 20 ELO for beating a lower ELO player.
If player 2 won and player 1 had 1300 ELO he would gain more than 20 for beating a higher ELO player

Ladder Rules:
You may only 1v1 someone that is within 1 division from you.
You may only duel someone again once every 5 duels
Rounds do not count torward your ELO change, only the win and the loss.

Well, for ELO to really work that means you wouldnt be able to duel unranked people.

Like youd have to track their ELO or else people would just abuse that and duel unranked people and get free wins over people with 1200 elo.

I will be tracking everyone's ELO in their OWN separate google doc page, including their duel history, ELO history and ELO history of their opponents. This will be hidden unless someone really needs to see their own.

You start with 1200 ELO and you can duel anyone that isnt Plat. However no one that is high silver wouldnt want to duel you as they would gain like no points for winning and would lose a lot for losing.

It's just a thread why would anyone care, It's not like when NAGROUPFIGHTING.ORG was a thing people wanted to have their scores removed off there

alright well, I'm going to remove the placement thing as it probably confuses people. And I'm going to input all of Macks duel tourny into the ladder

Updated the thread to make it less confusing, will start inputting the 1v1s from the tourny soon

Our EU side did a very similar thing to this. What our EU side did was establish everyone with a base number and from there they dedicated a good hour or so for duels to go on so that there was a decent balance throughout everyone. Then eventually the list started to just straighten itself out as duels continued from that point forward.
