The Targaryens really just weren't worth the trouble. At the rate they were insane, there's no reason people shouldn't have rebelled and put someone else on the throne. On top of that, the Targaryens had no 'right' to rule the Seven Kingdoms, that concept didn't exist, they took it by force; exactly what Robert did.

The Brotherhood Without Banners are my niggas.  They should be working on revolutionary theory and building a popular movement instead of wandering around in the woods though.

Whenever I watch this series I just wish that it would end with a giant revolution in which everyone trying to claim the throne is executed.
I've heard people talking about this program and taking sides, thinking someone should win (those filthy idealistic liberals), and I'm just thinking "They're monarchs, why not just send them all to the guillotine and be done with it?".
