1. Then you keep raising until one runs out of money, it is highly unlikely they still have the same balance left.
2. Those will be removed.

So how does the heavy/hussar thingy works if i signed up as hussar will i be forced to play as one? Do the rules forbid lancers etc?

It's only Hussar & Heavy, the Heavies will be split up by the amount we have. E.g: 8 teams, 11 heavy cav. Every team gets a maximum of atleast 1. 3 teams can buy another heavy depending on the highest offer.
