Unnoticed to this thread the Imperial Army LineBattle Event has had another
Native-LineBattle event last time it took place.
Due to this kind of special edition the public didnt have the chance in participating only our regularly attenting regiments aswell as the
18tes KPR, the
5th KGL and the
2.LR got the chance to play a few rounds of battle and siege.
With 200 players, some controversies due to wrongly set out spawn points in battle and issues with our admin tool everyone nevertheless expressed their joy since we all still managed to do very well in this event. To host such an event is only possible when having the opportunity to play with such disciplined regiments as we had.
Quite late I wanted to send out my thanks towards our participants and to add two pictures of this memorizing imperial army sunday event.
I will drink from your skull

HOWEVER..... I am also happy to announce our next linebattle extravaganca.
On the 3rd of July we will play a unique
NAVAL BATTLE EVENT.
Imagine the following...
Our LineBattle Event will take place somewhere in the caribbean between two sea fortresses. The French and the English have fought quite many battles to gain more territory and that´s how their garrisons got badly damaged. Only some mortars are remaining on each side as another battle engulfes in the midst of a stormy sea, sunken battle ships, small islands and cliffs. The only way to get a clear advantage is to conquer an abandoned outpost where there are some functioning cannons left - a great option to sink those big capital ships.
Ruleset:+ Since we can only get in line while walking down the plank our
CLOSE COMBAT RULES apply all the time.
+ Regiments are allowed to take one additional artillerymen with them if they want to and if they are able to conquer the asformentioned outpost.
