I wish there was an icon in-game to display whether or not you are in walking mode, as I always seem to forget which one I am in and then I just start running forward even though we are marching at the quick. Anyone with a similar retarded problem?

Well, I don't think there is an actual rule against it, but we will be venturing into the realm of Persistent Frontier ourselves, however it is generally frowned upon to take another regiments persona.
