We have a hierarchy of citizenship in the TS. 1st class ditizens are in JANFU and have rights to a channel, 2nd class citizens are in the 22nd and have the right to a channel, anyone else are the undesirables and don't get channels since we had like 40 and most of them never had more than one person afk in it.

However, we regularly give them back provided you are using them weekly. And I did save the contents of yours I'll prepare it again for you, provided that you use it regularly.
