26th Regiment of FootSpoiler
The 26th (Cameronian) Regiment of Foot was a Scottish infantry regiment of the British Army, active from 1688 to 1881. Although the regiment took the name of its first colonel as The Earl of Angus's Regiment, it became popularly known as The Cameronians until 1751, when it was ranked as the 26th Foot. In 1881, it merged with the 90th Regiment of Foot (Perthshire Volunteers) to form the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). The Cameronians were themselves disbanded in 1968, meaning that no Army unit today perpetuates the lineage of the 26th Foot.
We are a new regiment, formed on the 18th of november, 2013. We focus heavily on discipline and skill. As our members progress through the ranks, they earn themselves certain medals, such as the bronze, silver and gold melee medals. We have a numerous amount of ranks, of which members will find themselves progressing through the more they contribute to the regiment.
TrainingWe currently have training every day of the week. It is mandatory that you attend atleast 4 of these 7 trainings. Training is everyday from 6 PM GMT and usually lasts untill 7 PM GMT, with debriefing after.
LinebattlesWe try to organise atleast three linebattles a week. We expect members to attend all of these, however not attending will not earn you de-merit points.
De-merit pointsDe-merit points are gained by a member trolling, not following orders, or any other stupid actions. De-merit points are reset at the end of each week. If a member obtains 5 De-merit points in a week, they are removed from the regiment. We are a strict regiment, and if you fail to meet our requirements, you will be removed.
ServersWe currently have two servers.
26th_Groupfighting - This server is a public groupfighting server. Our members play on it regularly and anyone else is free to join. This server is administrated by other regiments too. If you have a complaint on someone from the groupfighting server, please post it here.
26th_Training_Server - This server is hosted by one of our members (CMNatic, i know him IRL) and is a 100 slot server. Here, we host Linebattles and training.
