Off Topic / Re: Protests in Baltimore

If you are angry and find it rational to burn down your own community then you my friend, are a moron. Rioting does not really solve problems and only costs the state money they don't have. If you disagree with me, then feel free to pay all the costs to the infrastructure that the rioting has costs.
I DONT agree with the actions of the rioters/protestors, but i also don't agree with cops shooting and killing unarmed citizens.

Who would?
A lot of people have been excusing the behavior of the police officers.

Ok. Then let them believe killing unarmed citizens is a good thing. Let them go have a march and advocate for their opinions, I'll see how far they get.

Yeah, no shooting incidents yet fortunately. They are attacking random people physically in other ways, though.

Looks like reverse discrimination to me.

May 2nd for those of you who don't know when the fights gonna be.

First, tell us who you are rooting for and second, tell how you feel the fight is going to end. Such as knockout, unanimous decision, tie, etc.

If it annoys you ignore it and move on.

I think someone missed the point here.

Regiments / Regiment Thread: Spam
« on: February 20, 2015, 11:26:39 am »
Well, this is probably going to get locked out but whatever; I'll take my chances and see where it goes.

Y'know, ya just gotta love how when you're looking for a regiment, that 95% of the time the postings that go on in these threads are either simply filled with unproductive adolescent teenagers spamming posts to either get a thread bump or stay on the first page of this subcategory. Honestly, (at least in my opinion) It really detracts me and others who are looking out for regiments that might of actually had some constructive conversation going on versus a long line of incoherent swag chat. Personally, I'd rather see a deader thread with more mature conversations that develop rather than a 'sescapool ' of grammatical internet slangging.

But hey, who am I to speak out? After all, all I am is some guy with an opinion whose about to get slammed by a barrage of 13 year old teenagers.

Welcome to FSE mate, everything here is taken only semi-serious at best.

All I needed to hear.

It was a joke towards Frith, calm down.

Then trying to have a serious conversation on this forum was all in vain.

We need to be here to defend our freedumz.

And? There's plenty of countries who have freedom... France has Freedom, The UK has Freedom, and Australia has Freedom. As an American, I don't see any point as to why you'd flaunt your rights around when dozens of other countries have it as well.

Inbred level on this thread: 2014 - 2001 = 13

It is almost 13 years since 9/11.

The year of 2001 - 1 year
The year of 2002 - 2 years
The year of 2014 - 14 years?

Failing to see the point of how you missed that but these kind of posts is what detours me from trying to get along with this community.

Now, can we get some European responses? :D

12
How do we feel about it? Well, as normal people I suppose. It was a tragic event in which a lot of innocent people died. Just like there are tragic events around the world every year, each year. I've no stomach to get into a debate about the consequences though. Not again.

I'm not looking for a debate by any means, but the insight of how Europeans think about this event happening in America. Sure, we're all human beings and feel pretty sad about the event (most of us atleast) but I also want to see opinions from European perspectives since I've only been surrounded by American ones for so long. That's all. =P

9/11

National beat the shit out of Muslims/people who look like Muslims day.

Mm, that's pretty harsh.

Members are ranked with their time spent on the site itself, not the posts.

And I was one to look at members with high post counts as a reputable achievement. God I was so wrong!

A reputable achievement in no lifing the forums.

This isn't lifing the forums in my opinion, but since I see this as a continuous debate that will only become eventually out of place for this thread, I'll leave it at that.

Off Topic / Almost 15 Years After 9-11 - @Europeans, what do you think?
« on: August 30, 2014, 12:34:33 am »
Since it's been nearly 15 years since the event of 911, I've never really had the chance to ask Europeans how they felt about the event since I live in the USA. If any Europeans could give their insight on how they feel about the event it would be greatly appreciated.
