Usually I've heard people mistake that picture for being the 69th New York, not the 116th Penns. But no, that picture is of the 28th. They carried their Tiffany flag pretty much everywhere.

Newkirk it was the 28tb who had the only flag at the battle. They were the most junior regiment of the brigade and had just received their new flag.
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

Ah ok, that was two years ago I wrote that, my memory must be a bit blurred. :P

Dang I could of swore that was 116th, my teacher kept the paper to use as an example, I'd feel bad if a class's example had faulty information.

Second edit: Ok I just reread it, I didn't include that particular bit, so I'm good. :)
