Intro: The 31st rifles were started by Tyler and Crythor to create a fun, active regiment. We are more laid back, as regiments go but we still have discipline.
Rankings:
Captain (Cpt): Currently the highest rank, Captain serves as a rank for the Commanding Officer (Crythor) and the Executive Officer (Tyler)
Lieutenant (Lt): Lieutenant serves as a rank of command. The Lieutenant's job is to command the line when needed, and help conduct fuctions such as training.
Warrant Officer (Wo): Warrant Officer is the rank for Non-Coms to prove their worth as an officer and their fitness for command. They must also go through AOT or Advanced Officer Training
Sergeant Major (Sgm): Sergeant Major is the highest an enlisted man can go. These men are the most experienced soldiers in the unit, and have the responsibility of taking care of the newer men and helping them become better soldiers.
Sergeant (Sgt): The Sergeants are men who are supposed to lead men in the event of an officer's death and keeping the men in line.
Corporal (Cpl): A corporal is a unit who has proven their worth as a Private and is ready for the next rung on the ladder. The Corporal has seen more than one battle.
Private (Pvt): The private is a soldier who as undergone BIT (Basic Infantry Training) and has seen a minimum of two battles.
Recruit (Rct): The recruit is a newly recruited soldier who's job it is to learn everything they can about being a solder and the regiment's functions.

Follow all orders, and don't ask for a promotion.
