Do a lot of people watch modern warfare reenactments like ww2 and such? I imagine its like watching people play airsoft. ???

What does the Royal Newfoundland regiment in 1796 have to do with anything I said? haha. What makes the 1st NJV closer to whigs and tories? I'm just really confused haha.

http://www.fortticonderoga.org/education/reenactors/brown/militia This link provides a great idea of the equipment a 1777 New England militia would carry, and the manner in which they would carry it.

Problem is this looks like a lot of models just for a mod

Well there's certain general characteristics described. I'm not saying "make all these models man". Key things are just knapsacks, blanket rolls, hemp ties, round hats, cocked hats, breeches, stockings, and civilian work shirts and waistcoats.

Just a request: do you think you guys could increase the size of the muskets? Native NW makes players  look like their handling childrens muskets or something haha

I think them missfire system they have in Deluge would be cool maybe you could add that?
That is a really good idea! I would love a miss fire system because that would be extremely historically accurate! Because Muskets misfired half of the time they were used in battle it would add to skill and tactical observance in game!

So,

At the moment a 50 man bot line at 100 yards only gets 5 kills, add in a 1/4 - 1/6 chance of misfire ye musket will be shit. Misfires will get annoying real quick, when you've got a little shit charging you in melee and you can shoot him you misfire and he stabs you I bet you'd rage.

Yeah reality sucks right?

I've done that. It's well worth it.

The name of Tarleton's Dragoons is bugging me a bit since they were not know by that name until 1782 before that they were part of the 5th American Regiment or the British Legion Cavalry

Useless comment. Tarleton's regiment was always referred to as the "British legion". It wasn't changed, hahaha. "Tarleton's legion" is just a colloquial name which people used because he was in command of the regiment. "Lee's Legion" was the 1st Continental Light Dragoons.  These could be considered regimental nicknames essentially. They couldn't just go and change the names of age old regiments simply because of the commander appointed at the time. Either is perfectly appropriate.

Most effective group of lights and cavalry in the continental army. God rest their souls. :)

love this, you sure it's 1776-177 time tho?

Not sure the year on that specifically. Literally could be anything. But the top two are 1780-81. Big events of the 77 year are saratoga, valley forge encampment, and John Brown's raid on ft Ticonderoga. Heres a decent Saratoga one.

Yeah  but you should use images that correlate more closely to the 1777 campaign, rather than bunker hill.
