Why should you be Captain? I have had experience with leading cavalry, both as a leader
as well as a NCO (SCpl in the 7th Hussars and the leader of the 54e Hussards). However, I do not mind not being Captain, if there are other volunteers who seem experienced to me.

The captains are obviously able to pick the players they want in their team. When we will chose the first captains (in a few days), they will be able to organize themselves how they want. They can organize selections, post some announcments on different forums etc.
The "players who are looking for a team" are just here to help the captains if these ones are in a lack of members, then they can simply contact the persons who are looking for joining their nation's team

Why you should be Captain (a long answer would be better): Playing this game for almost 3years and played a lot of cavalry. Am head-admin of the cavalry groupfighting server and won the cav groupfighting tournament. Also I am no longer leading a regiment which makes me pretty neutral towards all regiments. If we have a leader of a cavalry regiment as team captain we can be sure that a large part of the team are members & friends. There are other good cav players in this country though.
