Gaines unban request from NW_Official_NA_1

What Happened: I recently was playing on the NW_Official_EU_1 server when I was team wounded by another player with a punch, multiple times, far from the enemy.  The attack was clearly directed at me and the player's name was PvtJosh.  I let him continue to punch for another 15 seconds and then using a Sabre Briquet, I killed him.  This happened in two subsequent games and I was kicked from the server.  When I returned after a few minutes I was banned by the admin for team killing.  I honestly think that I had been adequately provoked by PvtJosh and my actions were appropriate to the situation.  Please appeal this ban.

Update: I have located PvtJosh and am awaiting a reply with his explanation of the situation.  Please note that I found his username because he was banned for something else in the game.  Take what he says with a grain of salt because he is most likely not reliable but do note it.  Here is his forum username: jedijosh920

if he was the one attacking you then the above comments do not make that much sense.  There was at least one admin on, instead of just teamkilling, you could of asked for help and taken pictures of the teamwounding as proof.

but it has been 5 days so I will go ahead and unban you.  Should be able to rejoin within the hour.

Be sure to reread the rules as to not be banned again or it will be a longer ban.  Do not teamkill, ever.

I said that because he raised his hands in surrender.  I never actually even raised or sword or aimed a gun at him, he just attacked me.  I was joking around.  Thanks for your quick response, I appreciate the unban.
