The 120th are a fictional regiment born of my own imagination and my love for the single-mindedness and elite forces of the Napoleonic 'Rifle' Regiments.
In the 120th we aim to provide a stable and sociable, yet disciplined and orderly, regiment that may act both as both light infantry and line if the need calls for it. A light/skirmishing force armed with the famous Baker rifle, we seek to emulate that element of warfare which came late to British strategies, but which by the Napoleonic period was used extensively and to great effect.
Although a fictional force, we do try to stick to historical accuracy as firmly as possible, using tactics and strategies to go along with the weapons and uniforms of the day. Individual thought and innovativeness is encouraged, while still being able to play as part of a lively team. We are the 120th 'West Devon' Rifle Regiment; a regiment based on the light infantry/skirmisher ethos used by the Rifles and other Light Infantry besides, which marks out the individual for achievements, and where individuals each play their part among a team of fine marksmen and sharpshooters.
The Light Company was formed recently due to an influx in members and a need for bayonets. It is under the command of our own Prussian Lieutenant Campo. As with the 'mother regiment' it uses actual Napoleonic tactics, such as "Pepper-potting". Still familiar, and glorious like their brothers in the rifle detachment, they now help the entire regiment act more as a combined arms regiment of dedicated light forces made up of the finest crack shots and the best guerilla combatants in Napoleonic Wars. We are a social regiment, more like an online family, and accept people of all nations, ages and skill.

1. Always show respect to each other and to your senior ranks; there will be no racism, sexism or
discrimination of any sort within this formation, everyone may have opinions and an open say, but
any slurs or words or acts of an offensive nature will be punished.
2. Everyone has a life...hopefully, therefore if you cannot make it to a training session or an event,
don't worry! Once a week, or even once a month, would be fine as long as you can show your face
once in a while. Obviously the more the better, but sometimes it just can't be.
3. No TK'ing or going 'rambo', this is a unit, albeit one in a virtual world, and orders are expected to
be obeyed and followed to the letter. No-one is to disobey a superior officer and seriousness and
maturity are especially valued qualities.
4. You must not be part of another unit, either by joining one or already being part of one. If you
wish to leave then please inform myself or a senior officer first, then you are free to go. If temporarily
absent for an extended period then the same applies.
