Technical Support / mound and blade crash everytime when i stard it

when i start the game it starts normaly to the Point then the     tailworlds intro came it crashes with tis error :Genric application error.Enable debug output for detailed informations. Switchuing to the reference raterizer, a software device that implements the entire Direct§D feature set, but runs very slowly. pls help
