In the TaleWorlds there is a BNL Eighty Years War mod and its dead, but it became OSP, you can look it up at the Mount & Blade (not Warband) section of TaleWorlds (they have Warband version but they never thought of getting a Warband section).
You might create Netherlands with this shouldnt be hard work.
