As a longtime regimental leader in NW, NaS and for awhile in B&I, we have come across multiple kinds of people and personalities and leading structures. At the end of the day, this is a game and we plan to enjoy it and have fun. PTS will be upheld lightly provided that the system is not abused. If we're not in combat, feel free to talk and joke at a regular level but when in combat, reduce it so people can hear orders. What we, and we can agree what 98% of people, want is to avoid regimental drama. We want to avoid backstabbing, breaking off, big debates, talk power, power hungry assholes, obsessing over promotions and sore losers. So, don't be an asshole. If your obsessed with virtual gratification, winning and strictness, then this is not the place for you. We want a laid back, fun experience that even if we lose, everyone leaves feeling happy. In making post-battle promotional and structural decisions, we act as a democracy. Everyone is allowed to voice their opinions and cast their votes provided that they attend the meeting. If you don't attend the meeting, don't get mad when a decision you don't like is implemented. We am very open to suggestions in battle on how to act as long as they are delivered in a calm manner. That's really it. So don't be an asshole and have fun!
*Note: We understand, like any sensible human being, that you have a life and wil be absent from time to time. We respect that and try to work around it. The same respect and flexibility is expected with our officers who also have lives
