After several fruitful discussions with several people this week, I will be leaving the timer unchanged. Instead, I will be making a server file edit to reduce ammunition to ten rounds per player (so nine reloads). Unless one of the last two patches changed something, your ammo count will still (incorrectly) show 30 rounds, so you will need to subtract 21 from the visible total to know how many rounds you have left.
