Don´t get me wrong, but this looks more like a desperate attempt to weaken a team that could potentially be dangerous. Just lay special focus on their roster and make sure the captains switch, if you ban people then the ones who played falsely.

Then im going to build 'a national team' with invites only and easily get away with this. Sounds legit
