What about the unspoken rules of the forums as I feel they're important to a regiment. A thread can be passed off as shitty and so will reflect the regiments statues in the community just look at events and posts on simple regiment threads. An extra bit of effort goes a long way.
Things like, reserving posts, threads layouts, newest rules (pyramids, post bans/removals & page count) etc.
Know what I mean? once you look over the forums you'll get more ideas to add to this as I've missed a few 8)

Ive got a weird question .. I found salute animations in my mmanimations file , Is there a way to create script wich will make character do it?

That's more of a coding question, which I don't know enough to answer. That said, other people have changed the surrender animation to a salute, like here: https://www.fsegames.eu/forum/index.php?topic=3244.0
