Some really neat photos I found of the French Guard under Napoleon III. Really makes you wish cameras were around in the Napoleonic era.

Is this the Châlons? As in Battle of the Catalaunian Fields Châlons?

Is this the Châlons? As in Battle of the Catalaunian Fields Châlons?

I wouldnt know but I know in 1866 France wasnt in a Eurpean war at the time.
