That's cos the men are probably from different re-enactment units. And their are only six colours anyway

We are all in the first company in 21eme, so green is correct, everyone has a green one.
Shako plate is fine, I'm in the 21eme, that I go as a invite to a event together with 85e doesn't mean I'm immediately going to replace the plate...

Actually 85e is also 1st company, meaning all of them have green only.
