You do not have to buy a different frog. A lot of guys had the straight frog and the folding shovel. German soldiers were not extremely well supplied and were not cookie cutter soldiers like the US Army in many regards. I say keep what you have and make it work, whether it is beside the shovel like I've seen or in the loop. Whatever works.

Also, суки. That is all.
Humans are extremely complicated creatures. Death uncomplicates them to a frightening degree...

It ride to get the one I have to work with the klappspaten, but it just doesn't work, at all. The bayonet frog is way too long. I could put it behind the shovel still, the scabbard itself just won't rest in the little loop on the back of the shovel.

Its good to see my BCoF donations are going to a good cause :P
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

We personally have not received anything of the donations, it all went into investments like music, sound, animation studios, modellers we hired etc. we even put each of us by now at least 7k in ourselves to make the project happen.. meaning, that I can't get full kit right now because I invested a lot of my money in the new project.

At least I'm not only one now that owns a shitty dummy musket.
Problem is, I have to be part of a Dutch club for a year before I can apply for a weapon license, but im part of a British club...
Im thinking about also joining a Dutch club so I can eventually have my license.

I know that feel bro. I'm on trial and so not yet an official member. Gotta have to wait a year then.
