So am getting a new pc for Christmas and i am pretty sure i will be able to play on NW with high settings and max fps but just to be sure what do you think?

So my estimated performance is 112% should that not be more then enough to have a steady 120 fps? i have lowest graphics on yet when fighting around 40 people i only get around 30-40.
