I'm at 6'0 220 Lbs. I don't hit the weights like I used to in football, but I get my cardio and legs in. Can still put up 200 lbs, but I don't go further with crazy max outs like I used to because of my shoulder issue I had with a max out long ago. I love dead lifting and squatting though still. My last squat max was okay for my weight, like 360 Lbs, but I used to work with guys at my weight who could put up much more. The human back is designed to carry a ridiculous amount of weight. I honestly prefer power lifting over just lifting on a bench press, it gets me more hyped and I love the energy/momentum in comparison to a straight up bench press. I honestly forgot the name of this one lifting form.. it's like to squat down to the bar, use your thighs to bring it above your collar bone, and then jolt upwards to get it in the air and then you release and let the bar bounce. I know you're specifically supposed to use rubber weights for it because metal weights would destroy the floor. It's my favorite lift and I fucking forgot the formal name. I just call it Russian Powerlifting at this point because I when I do them I feel I can establish the true means of production once more throughout the motherland.

Sounds like Olympic Lifting to me

I fucking love leg days.
I hate arm days, im such a weakling. I go for 60lb with 4 sets of 15 reps on basically every arm machine there is. I suck  :'(
However I used to only do like 30lb so theres been progress
How tho, chest and arms are my favorites. Abs and legs blow

Taking a break currently from working out due to exams, projects, social obligations.

In August I weighed in at 145 5'11, but in late October I weighed in at 152.
That might not sound like much, but I'm a hard gainer (skinny AF)
My current goal is to get to 160.

fucking cardio pleb

I wish m8. I want to get lean and fit then maybe see about going for true bulk. Target is <195 for now (while still strength/resistance training to an appropriate extent of course). Wanna get BF down to an acceptable level cause its still too high for my liking (tricky part of course is doing so without losing muscle mass).

And to give context to that number, just walking, jogging, doing some basic exercises, and eating well (see: DASH) ive lost just almost 30 pounds since late July. Make of that you will.

I started going to the gym a month ago.

Only notable thing I see currently is I went from horizontal leg pressing at 80 when I began to 200 now.

Finally, a thread I am interested in.

This is the current program I am on: http://www.leehayward.com/workout_programs/index.htm
I am 6'1 190lbs

In addition, I conduct Army PT three times a week. This mainly consists of running and bodyweight workouts (pushups, ab work)
For example, this morning, we ran 4 miles at 6:50-7:45 mile pace.

For those new to fitness, check out this website: http://scoobysworkshop.com/
