To Fietta:  put to precise tiers and randomised from that point on (When I say precise I mean 8 tiers)

To Azur21:  That's only for me really. It means that a player was drawn into one tier higher than I rated him. This was necessary as the tiers didn't all have the same amount of players. It allowed me to balance the strength better in a randomised way. As you can see all teams have 2 "blue" people, those who had the small disadvantage at a high tier eventually have only got 1 "blue" player.
