Introduction

This tourney will utilize lancers charging at one another in the Napoleonic Wars DLC. Kings, Lords, and Knights (and even peasantry should they prove worthy) shall be allowed to prove their honor and claim glory and fame on the field.

The event will be hosted on the 6teSLR Official server on Saturday, 8/3/19 at 9:15pm EST. Yes kids, if you want to participate tell your parents you must defend your honor and claim great glory on the field of jousting, and they should extend your bedtime.

*IMPORTANT - All participants, lordly or peasant, must be on the KOB/41st teamspeak by 9:05pm EST to obtain a tournament slot, otherwise your honor will be forfeit and your maidens shall be given to the street for common use. Everybody is allowed to come, there are no restrictions. If you are currently banned from the KOB server, send inquiry to Jakester and he will have you unbanned.

If you have any questions you can post here, hop on the 41st's teamspeak (kob.voip.pub), or alternatively you can add 41st Jakester in order to gain entry to the tournament.

The victor will be awarded not only with the self-gratification of being the best jouster NA, but also with a mysterious reward to be delivered via steam.

Rules & Conduct

1.  You must use a light horse and a lance of any sort.
2.  You must be a mounted unit
3.  Jousting Duel wins will be determined by the following jurisdiction:
4.  One kill of the enemy jouster will result in a win. Two killings of the enemy jouster's horse will result in a win. Four runs of cowardice will result in a forfeit.
5.  Do not interrupt matches or interfere in any way
6.  Betting is allowed on all matches
7.  The horse's head must line up with the end of the fence, and the whole horse must be behind the fence
8.  The horse must line up for the start on the left side of the fence, not the right
9.  Adhere to the referees word - Your honor requires you to be chivalrous

If you would like, you can PM me on the forums or on steam saying you would like to enter anonymously, as was allowed in the 2017 tournament. If this is the case, send me the name you would like to use and please connect to the teamspeak with THAT name and use THAT name in game, so as to preserve your anonymity.

Any other titles, badges, or honors we should be aware of: With King Azhrei going missing for several years, I am one of the last representants of the dynasty which has once ruled the realm of Europe. I have carried the lance as my weapon of choice for many battles and despite heavy persecutions from rival houses, I have stayed true to my vows of defending the kingdom of NW against the evilness of hussars, cuirassiers, dragoons and other mobs which sadly proliferate in the current community.

Qualifications: Non-content with being the jewel of the French chivalry, I can also pride myself with being one of the most skilled and fairest tournament organisers in the realm. Would I happen to fall in the disgrace of defeat, I would at least satisfy myself in making sure the remaining jousts are conducted with utter seriousness and respect, as it should be the case for an event of such calibre.
Will you be able to use an 'epic' narrator voice for the duration of the tourney? (You will be allowed water): Spoken wise, I feel this would to the detriment of the tournament your grace is hosting but written wise, I believe I can make more than a solid job.
A maiden is stuck in a faraway tower, guarded by a dragon at its entrance. What is your course of action?: With all due respect, what kind of question is that? Kill the maiden and seduce the dragon of course!
