What has been your best method of recruiting?

I'm wanting to know what all of your opinions are on the topic. Leaving out recruiting straight from your friends list, what has been the most effective recruiting technique?

Having a private regiment server populated with a lot of pubs, and ask them individually.

Usually just playing with other communities and official servers and having fun with the new people you meet.

Two methods worked for the NOG to become largest NA:

Recruiting strictly on Commander Battle (The regiment-taken pubs don't go there), and absorbing other regiments into the NOG. Both work wonders.


Really depends on your target audience.

My best Method so far was rerecruiting people who took a break from nw, doesnt matter if from my regiment or an other one :D

I always just go on my own server and theres a crap ton of pubs... well its NaS so its different, but I just ask around, and play with the pubs a bit and have fun.. thats all really.
