I have more recommendations:

Thyrell / Gandalf = Really good on horse and a machine dismounted, would give him 82+
John = Good on horse and dismounted (Give him 84)
Bajar = Same as Thyrell, might even be the same player tbh. 82+

Here is a recommendation for the scandinavian side.

16e Baka = Been on fire lately and gets loads of kills both on events and trainings. 80
