I have more recommendations:

Thyrell / Gandalf = Really good on horse and a machine dismounted, would give him 82+
John = Good on horse and dismounted (Give him 84)
Bajar = Same as Thyrell, might even be the same player tbh. 82+

Here is a recommendation for the scandinavian side.

16e Baka = Been on fire lately and gets loads of kills both on events and trainings. 80

I believe 16e Yoren and Reaper should be on this list. They are really good players and deservers around a 80 or 81. I believe we are missing some players from 2lr to, They have really good and experienced players. Some people like Falco, Recker and more.
