From the ammount of sign ups we’ve had so far and if this continues then yes.

u need think more about balance with cpts

some teams will play with tier 2-4 cpts but..
for example zeydens or goldens team have more chances to win coz they are just stronger than others(in all posted lists zeyden and golden in top 10 players)

Already thought about. Teams with better captains will receive lower tier players. Also not all captains that have applied will be accepted.
