Good point, but personally I think shako covers on stovepipes look bad. I prefer the covers on the belgics way more.

But yeah, it's a possibility.

I already made a belgic cover for Marks, and I've seen French covers already made and applied on some skins.

I have no idea whether Stovepipe covers were made or not.

Hey kochi would you mind making a 9th East Norforlk skins. You made the 29th skins that where awsome and i would like to see that for the 9th thanks

Well, since you chaps are very good friends of mine, I decided to do a little favour for ye. Although I can't really spend much time in making skins anymore, I could sneak a few minutes and make this. Hopefully it turns out useful for anyone who does make a 9th reg skin in the future.

Those should fit perfectly inside the colours2.dds file. I made them as a separate .png so the compression doesn't lower the quality.

I also made a divider for you last night.

Would the creation of a 3rd Buffs divider be too much to ask for?

Do you create the flags from scratch or do you use any source?

If you could just change the numbers for the 63e that would be most appreciated Kochi  :)

Well, after a huge wait, here's the divider for the 3rd Buffs. My apologies to Stunned Lime for the long delay. It completely slipped my mind.

I hope you chaps like it.

Do you create the flags from scratch or do you use any source?

Depends on the flag. I mostly use the Mont St Jean flags, then edit the regimental number to fit the skin (same place where most of NW's flags came from). However, there are a few that needed some extra work, like the 9th Reg's, or the 82nd's. The 79th, as well as the 41st and Canadian Fencibles are just a slightly edited copy-paste.

If you could just change the numbers for the 63e that would be most appreciated Kochi  :)

Well, this one was also long overdue. Therefore, I went through with a better design than just a copy-paste of 53e's.

EDIT: For all those who want dividers, I'm afraid I can't really work on them anymore. I felt the responsibility to make these since they were requested months ago, and I forgot about them. From now on I close all requests until further notice.

Hey Kochi I asked Mortem this but he no reply so I ask u. I have a few questions about modeling/texturing...
The programs I use are Wings3D and Paint.Net (I know not very good)
Whenever I replace existing skins with another one it always does this.

Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Also how do you create custom textures as you can clearly tell the textures are also not right.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Okay, I can see at least two problems with that.

First, there's probably some error going on in the itemkinds or troops .txts. The rigid coat frame might be a cause of that. Or, another possibility, is that you're not adding the bones and animations to your coat model. To do that, simply click on another coat model in openbrf, go to edit/copy, then select your own model, and go edit/paste rigging. That should fix the animation problem.

The textures are the second problem. The eppaulette, sash, coat and crossed strap thing are all sharing the same texture, but they're not supposed to do so. Each of these parts are supposed to be separate models, each with it's own texture. To fix that, go to openbrf, right click on your coat model, then click 'separate all frames'. That should separate all parts, so you can edit the textures individually.

Of course, if that picture's from a skin someone else made, and you just downloaded it and put it into the game, that means the itemkinds and troops .txts from that skin are different to those used by your current NW patch build. If that skin was made before May (or was it June?) of last year, it probably has outdated txts and brfs, rendering it useless.

I hope that helped.

Don't suppose it would be possible to have a divider for the 57th friends :)
