Official Servers Bans & Unbans / IlIIIlllIlIIllIIlIlllIllIIlI unban request

I was perma-banned at around 11pm 3/11/2014 67739 gmt +2 while playing on the NW_Official_NA_1 server.
The person who banned me is [54th] lt. Apollo.
I didn't get a warning before getting banned but my ID was caught a couple of days ago saying racial slurs. My ID is 67739.
I am accused of teamkilling more than 10 people. But even if i were to try it it would be impossible since the limit from what i know is 3 kills. If i had team killed it must of either be because of the other guy attacking me or i just did it by mistake and I am sure i never killed more than 3 people.
I may of thrown out some racial slurs in a moment of rage but I do not remember team killing.
I would like to apologize for my mistake if i insulted anyone and ask for an unban or at least a temp ban for a couple of days.
